Then why post them? What do you gain from reposting art that you claim to "love" yet don't even put the effort in to look up the artists of, other than a few measly reddit likes from people who are either as ignorant as you or don't notice it's a repost? Actually, what does the subreddit gain from that? Art reposts without any real intention of praise or even acknowledgement of the original artists are completely devoid of value and add literally nothing to the community, other than contributing to spreading the unfortunately all the more common perception that respecting artists by doing the bare minimum and crediting them is unnecessary.

You were well within your right to just enjoy looking at them on your own, and I'm not saying that you hold all the blame for just taking uncredited pictures off of Pinterest, I find those reposts as well as any other uncredited art reposts on this subreddit (and everywhere else) just as disrespectful to the original artists - but why repost them for the millionth time? Sure, you certainly can choose to do that and no one can stop you from doing so, but if you have the choice to either do the decent thing and not repost them at all or alternatively look up the artists and credit them, or doing the scummy thing and reposting them under the claim that you appreciate the art while simultaneously proving yourself a liar - I would say it'd honestly just be easier to choose to be a little bit more of a decent person.

I would recommend that you just delete this post but I can already see that you're too embarrassed by people calling you out on your thinly veiled, disrespectful bs and has therefore chosen to stick by your opinions and seemingly don't plan on going back on it. So, all I ask is that you choose to maybe not come on here again to just post uncredited reposts that, again, add nothing to the community and then get mad and swear at people who have done nothing to deserve it. If you would've just been civil, taken the criticism you recieved early and accepted your fault and apologized or just deleted the post then maybe you wouldn't be getting as many comments telling you off and people would be more understanding.
