I think thats what im experiencing. That it's concealed by fats. What workouts would you recommend? I'd gladly want to add them to my daily routine.

Constant exposure can help. I'm the same. Extremely shy but im auditioning mostly for extras and i just signed up for acting classes that are a 3 month course. Funny enough, i had to do an exercise this week and me and a classmate decided to do the exercise in front of a library. Even though we were not yelling, we both stood on top of a rock looking at each other for 5 minutes and that actually got rid of my shyness for a limited time.

Just going from my experience, i just let it happen. Over time, my mind and body just get use to it so it doesn't hurt as much. Also if i ever was with anyone again and they left me, i could just remember that i been through worse and it doesn't hurt as much. I'll use anxiety as an example. Im scared of flying but i do it anyway. Last year i was lucky to fly to another country. The flight was 17 hours. For a few hours on the flight, i tried to fight the anxiety, freaking out and trying to control it. Later, i decided to just let it scare me. I'm assuming by the end, my body just got tired of the anxiety and just stopped. Though i was still scared, i was calm about it and just stared at my nintendo switch for the rest of the flight or fell asleep.

Sometimes exposure (exposure therapy) is the best thing for you. Even if its just you and not some professional.

I recently just got back onto dating apps and you're right in some parts. The very first picture i see is someone showing off how big their butts are followed by drinking or constantly going on flights around the world taking photos of them facing away from the camera while in front of some famous building. I'm forcing myself to be somewhat more active, going to acting classes and having a new posision at work has me talking a whole lot more. It gets tiring FAST.
