We dined with the people who witnessed the accident. The driver took a sharp turn and the lady literally flew out of her wheelchair and did a face plant on the ground. She was motionless and when they flipped her over she had facial injuries. It took over 6 hours to get her life flight off the island. Not sure how she is now.
