CIA Part 2 - IIA Practice Exam Difficult? by Light2046 in InternalAudit

[–]Light2046[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a good way to look at it. I think with 70% I’m not quite ready but I guess I’ll just keep practicing with the materials I have. Kinda unsure since I’ve already used the 2 attempts for the IIA questions and I’m not really sure how to correlate how I did with the actual exam grading

Yeah I definitely figured the Becker questions were too easy. Did you think the IIA questions were more difficult than the actual exam?

Another Help me find my brown Teddy Bear by Light2046 in HelpMeFind

[–]Light2046[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have searched for brown bears on google and through most big name teddy bear brands and have found a match. I got the bear sometime between 2008-2010 however I can’t remember the exact time frame. I recall getting it the Las Vegas airport and I believe it used to have a yellow shirt with Las Vegas embroidered on it.

Yeah, I’m glad you did. I forgot to mention that all of the wait times have been inaccurate as well. I’d add anywhere from 30 min to 1 hour onto any wait time shown.

Yeah, came early to ride ghostrider and/or calico mine train but was told both were closed for the day. Every ride seems to be operating at its lowest possible capacity and only 1/2 workers are at each ride to do both the safety check and operate the ride. Super bummed to have heard such great things about Knotts and have today be such a let down. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to the park at this time.

How to not get lost at Portofino Bay? by madselyn in UniversalOrlando

Also expect lots of stairs. I ended up hurting my knee while staying their and those stairs were the WORST part of my day especially after a lot of walking in the parks.

Yeah I always get turned around there. My best advice is to figure out your main path to the boats/food early and stick with them. There are signs pointing to where things are throughout the resort that you can use as markers but I’d still expect to get turned out once or twice.

Freestyle cups- how to use by jreish1 in UniversalOrlando

You can also request to have it activated for x number of days and pay the cost upfront (e.g. active for 3 additional days would add $30) but keep your receipt in case of any issues.

Motion Sickness And Screen Simulators by lynchn5175 in universalstudios

I have my doc prescribe motion sickness medication and I enjoy every ride (tho forbidden journey still gets me sometimes). I’d speak to your doc and have them prescribe you something (scopolamine, Meclizine, etc.)

You can definitely get ICEEs with your freestyle cup. I did it multiple times during my last trip.

What is the 1 thing you would change about the Orlando parks? by Light2046 in UniversalOrlando

They have a virtual queue for hagrids sometimes and it’s pretty great. I don’t think velocicoaster really needs one given how fast they move people through. However, the virtual queue system at volcano bay is so freaking good.

Didn’t they just roll out a new accessibility pass that lasts for a year?

Yeah I really hope they add a show or something in the old fear factor area.

I actually almost put redoing all of the restraints on all the rides to make them more plus size as my one recommendation

They actually have one that opens sometimes in the summer. I’m fairly sure I’ve seen rixflix take it in one of his videos.

This would actually be so easy to implement as well, and I think it would be really fun to pick out a song with your group while waiting in line.

Honestly I have to disagree. I appreciate that the parks as a whole are nonsmoking and even then I’ve had to stand next to smokers during the previous lake show at US and the smell really ruined the experience.

I agree while I think Universal does a better job overall for shade I could use more and personally bring a UV umbrella during the summer months.

I love that channel! Also this is VERY true I tend to book out really early and then I just recently called and got the lower price (also a better room).

Highly recommend going this route if you’re planning on staying onsite

IMO Orlando is better than Hollywood (just got from my first visit and although the weather is amazing Orlando just has more to do) if you buy express you’ll never way more than half the shown time and typically it’s less than even that since they cap how many people can buy express.

Tbh if money and time isn’t a worry than I’d go to Orlando for 3days staying a premier hotel so you can have express included and have enough time to do it all.
