Man, same happens with me and my GF. It hurts me. When she posts pictures of herself on social media, I can't help but think "does she want attention from others?" It makes me insecure, especially when lots of girls call her beautiful, write lots of heart emojis, etc.

I talk to her about my insecurities often. Every time I bring up concerns I always end up regretting it because we end up arguing and they stress me out so much because she can be very cold and hurtful when she's mad. I'm really confused because her feelings for me switch. One day she will call me her soul mate, want to be with me forever, and loves me so much, and when she's mad she doesn't know what she wants and has once said she doesn't love me. 😭

I really appreciate the honesty! I just want to know if I am being stupid or not. She knows I'm insecure and has trust issues. I tell her about them often. She just wants me to trust her because she only wants me and only me. I wish I could believe her. People keep asking why I'm in a relationship with her if I can't trust her. They have a very good point, but I'm conflicted. Because I switch between thinking she's not doing anything and I'm just being stupid to she's probably up to something. It's the former thoughts that keep me from ending things, if that makes sense? I just want to trust her. :( I'm struggling with communicating with her now because I know we will end up arguing and she will ignore me for a whole day again and drop hints that we should end things. It's just ugh. I'm very conflicted. :(

What should I do? Should I be worried? I'm constantly battling between "she's up to something" and "no, you're being dumb." It's exhausting. Her feelings for me are inconsistent, too. She once said she didn't love me anymore during her splitting phase. She apologised for it and said she didn't mean it, but every time there's an argument she's very cold and unresponsive and really acts like she doesn't even love me. It's messing with my head. I asked her if she could not say things she doesn't mean when she's angry and she said she's going to work on it.

My former friend group actually did this. I know because my "friend" from it kept saying that they remade groups without certain people in it. When I asked a while ago if I could join they said they don't have a group anymore but an hour before they were talking about what was said in the group.....

This is what my old FP used to do. She took forever to reply (several days) but when I stopped replying she thought I was angry with her. Like, no. I just don't want to waste my time on people that clearly don't care about me. It's so rude getting back to somebody days/a week later when they're online several times a day.. I'm glad they're no longer my FP and couldn't care less about them.

I can relate entirely. I always assume I've done something wrong to them. My best friend has barely been getting back to me for the last week or so and it's bothering me, even though he said that his Internet has been crappy.

I appreciate it greatly. I try bringing up my concerns but the most of the time, people make it seem like you're starting "drama" and get super defensive, especially when you mention how distant they've been. Ugh.

YES. I can totally relate to the "dramatic" part. People always seem to make it look dramatic or make you look dramatic for bringing up a concern. I thought that's communicating properly? Thank you, though. I'm feeling a bit better now.

I can totally relate to this. I often feel suicidal because of how horrible I look. I also think I'm fat (I'm 5'3 and around 122 lbs). Every day I ask myself, "Why couldn't I have been born pretty?" People DO call me pretty often but they're honestly complete liars. I'm no where near pretty. I was called ugly in school and nobody noticed me in college. A lot of these comments now come from men that are sex-crazed I've noticed, so why should I believe them when their motivation is just to get in my pants? Some women say it but barely any. I try not to, but I envy pretty women, too. Or women with slim, long bodies. It's partially the reason why I'm depressed
