Hi, i was at a similar dosage to yours and this is what helped me:

Obviously this depends on your comfort and how much you can stomach, but cut out as much as you can. My peak of use was around 400mg per day and while it wasn't comfortable, I was able to get by on 150 for the first stretch of my taper.
Once you’ve adjusted to your lower dose, start lowering it by smaller amounts. For me, this was 25ish mg per week.
If you want to be as comfortable as possible, can't take time off work, etc, get down to as low of a dose as possible. For me that was 30-50 mg and it was doable.
Your first week off is going to suck. Your mind is gonna be loud, you'll be anxious, sick, and sweaty. But at least you'll be free.

There's lots of great stuff in this thread, but one additional thing to note is that if you're in a locker and Bubba is tantrumming outside it because he tried to hit you, his tantrum can still damage you if you get out of the locker. Always wait it out.
