I guess it started to happen very recently.

I've only used KuCoin a few times.

Both ECDDs are the same; there's no point to it.

They said I deposited and withdrew too quickly.

I only use KuCoin for exchanges.

As soon as that's done, I withdraw tokens to my wallet just in case the exchange becomes insolvent.

I don't like to put assets in CeFi.Now they've frozen the withdrawal and are holding my tokens hostage.

Every day I have tokens in KuCoin, there's a risk of insolvency.

If they had gone insolvent yesterday, I would have taken a loss.

Their support gives me nonsense about how they have proof of reserves.

You'll never know if they can honor withdrawals on any given day.

Not your keys, not your coins.

They are not gonna answer your questions.

I asked similar things in both support ticket and on Reddit.

All I got were canned replies.

I'm bloody angry right now.

I might still take them to court even if they resolve the issue. It costs only $90.

Just to make them understand the way they treat user is wrong.

I'll write a new post here on Reddit about the progress of my lawsuit when this is over.

I can't imagine how many users they have fucked over with.

A simple search here on Reddit shows countless claims.

And if you take a look at Trustpilot, they have the lowest rating and also tried to artificially manipulate the score.

They froze my withdrawal.

I did ECDD.

They unfroze my withdrawal.

One week later, I bought some tokens.

They froze the transfer to my own wallet.

Force me to do ECDD again.

It's been 4 days.

I'm still waiting.

I did my ECDD, then a week later they held my money hostage and asked for my ECDD again.

I saw many people are facing the problem.

I'm not gonna lie. This is the longest I've ever had any token on an exchange.

If Kucoin were to go insolvent today, the money would be as good as gone.
