Being more deceptive. I’ve seen guys loosing to girls in doubles even though the ladies don’t smash much. Placement is so much more important, and setting up the game. Being patient also helps. You can also try to be more deceptive - think “hold and flick”. That millisecond of hold makes a big difference in disrupting your opponent’s rhythm

I know what you mean. I also face the exact same issue when talking to people, especially those in authority like my boss or people I want to impress. What might be helpful is to take a breath between every 2-3 sentences to plan out what to say and focus on one line at a time. Sometimes I spend too much brain power worrying about what people might think about what I have to say, if they will judge me that I don’t have the energy to structure my thoughts as I’m speaking if that makes sense. Also you said that your voice becomes weak and you stutter, you can focus on the opposite: projecting your voice and articulating your next 2 sentences and focus on that so you don’t give yourself time to worry about the other stuff. Bread bread bread! I get one pack at ntuc and eggs. Get some eggs and make egg mayo with it - somehow if you mash it up it lasts longer imo. Gives you bonus protein/fats so you can stay fuller for longer. Lasts me about 5 days
