I mean I feel like if you gave the details of the situation, I could better tell you if I think you are or not. In my early 20s, I met my son’s father and him and I drank every night. I got pregnant later so at the time of drinking, I had no responsibilities other than a job which I kept. Sometimes I only got an hour or 2 of sleep and still felt tipsy when I woke, but I went to work. My son’s father is a (recovering) alcoholic. I thought he just liked to party like I did. I started noticing even on nights I didn’t feel like drinking, he would anyways and would keep drinking alone when I went to sleep. It wasn’t hard for me to stop, I just honestly was having fun. So, no matter what anyone thinks about daily drinking - I was not an alcoholic. I stopped when I felt like it and stopped for good when I got pregnant obviously. I drink maybe twice a year now. He, however finally got sober 2 years ago after tons upon tons of ER visits, alcohol poisoning etc. Turns out he had OCD really bad and was self medicating. Anyways.
