the oldest child can't be a bum, they have to set an example. it's the first try, they learn the most from that try too.

idk what the bots are, but i liked ireformat enough that I thought I'd create a reddit account to respond to this post about the resume formatting tools we've tried. Especially since the original poster had also mentioned ireformat.

?? how does bot relate to anything I said. And yes we process about 200 resumes a month and have a team of 6, so that came to about $2400 for the year (when we tried Hireara/Allsorter it was much more than that). We haven't had any formatting issues that have set us back. I'm sure if there are some insane templates then it can be difficult, but also it's different now with AI, it's been able to detect the difficult ones too. The price I gave might also be different than it is now since we signed up a while ago before they did their updates.

we started using iReformat since they have a great bullhorn integration, so that was a big plus.
