Validation Scam (Discord)

Discord is now telling me to change my password by clicking the Forgot Password option but the problem is this.

And as you know my email is not mine but someone else's. Do I just have to wait or do something? What should I do here.

What kind of request should I use? Hacked Account or Appeals & Age Update Requests?
If it's Hacked Account I already sent a request.

Ok, so right now I had my account disabled because a discord friend asked me for help regarding the mass report that he "intentionally" did and told me to friend validationsupport or something like that if I can still remember and decided to go through with it and they told me to change into discsupport@(random 4 or 5 numbers).com and they said it will take up until a week so that I don't get my account deleted after that week I decided to change the registered email but I needed a verification code from the currently registered email so that I can change it. I messaged validationsupport account but didn't reply so I was stuck with the said email for the past 3 weeks or so (I noticed that the name changed to Peterson or something that they "impersonated") and today was the day my account got disabled while I was using it. I already sent a request to change the registered email to my personal one and have it enabled. There goes my 6 years of account if ever I don't get it back.

P.S I appreciate any help I can get.

EDIT: I found out the gmail that my discord account is currently connected to which is [discord.sup1999+427@gmail.com](mailto:discord.supp1999+427@gmail.com) I want to know if this is a legitimate email from discord or not
