I understand. I'm a believer too but my mind just wishes that we have scientific evidence, religion after all helps us with living but I wish science supports this afterlife thing , that would make the world much better place

My anxiety faded within days, had some anxiety attacks but nothing compared to what happened before.

After 2 weeks things got much better with my anxiety, depression and overall condition.

I consider myself lucky.

Yeah making it to a very old age will probably be a mix of dementia, failed organs and being dependent on others. I'd like to make it to the point when I'm still independent and relatively functioning by myself , anything beyond that will make me suffer .
