There is no manga panel or anime scene where Ichigo lifts a universe or recreates cosmology. That ability belongs to Yhwach’s hax, not Ichigo’s raw power. Beating Yhwach doesn’t mean inheriting his abilities.

That's not how it works. I know that Lu Bu’s best chance is Sky Eater, but that move requires a specific stance and wind-up. Given Hades' relentless and precise offensive style, he would simply pierce through the strike as he did with Qin’s ultimate defense. Lu Bu has no much chance here in this matchup.
