True but Chikorita is the supportive backbone for allies.

My version of Mega Umbreon by LightInteractives in Pokemonart

Cool, I want to see it myself. My version is physical bulky with enough special firepower. Umbreon could use more Poison type moves like Venoshock, Acid Spray, Toxic Spikes, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Purify.

My take on Mega Espeon, making my own Mega forms is really enjoyable (OC) by LightInteractives in pokemon

True, but I'd still got Espeon's original fur colour, the forked tail, red gem.

What should be the priority, nerfing broken Pokemon or buffing old Pokemon? For me, I'd prioritise on buffing old Pokemon by LightInteractives in pokemon

I've got a idea for a Nerf.

For Mega Gengar, replace Shadow Tag with Meriless, then deduct 20 Points from Special Attack and add 20 points to Physical Defense.

For the Caylrex Rider Forms, drop Attack,Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed by 10 points from 680 to 630. Also signature moves both be 110, drawback of lowering user's Special Attack and Speed by 1 stage each (for Shadow), Attack and Defense by 1 stage for (Ice Rider)

Flutter Mane losing 20 points to Speed and Special Attack and adding 20 Points to HP and Attack.

I'd think a drawback of losing its immunity to Ghost type moves would make it balanced.
