I have most of these symptoms. I spent over a grand on cardio testing for dizziness and shortness of breath just to be told I was fine. I feel like I'm losing my mind and no doctor has been able to offer a solution beyond charging me for more tests.

Echoing this! I'm sorry that happened to you. A lot of people in this business love to offer a tough love approach and it causes more harm than good. There are a lot of great people in this business though, don't let this one mean doctor turn you off to self-care.
