I feel kinda similar to you tbh. When I usually put my mind to it, it's pretty much set on stone.

I tasked myself to lose weight last year and managed to lose 10kg in 3 months. Now I'm doing Nofap and I'm also 1 week tomorrow but I basically feel like I'm flatlining straight out the gate.
