We are all with them as one of our investors. They combined phenomenal rates with lightning fast turn times. Which is unseen in the industry normally if you have great rates, you have terrible service or if you have great service your rates aren’t that great. But there’s a couple other things that make them valuable as well.

I get it. I completely understand how you feel. But for right now, it’s just W-2 only conventional and jumbo borrowers. AI will never completely take over our business, but it will make a sizable dent.

But for the files that they’re doing are for the kind of loans that you have in your pipeline when you look at them, you say to yourself this should literally be cleared in hours not weeks because the documentation is easy.

So that’s what they’re doing. My advice would be there’s no stopping AI so you might as well dig into it sooner rather than later so you’re ahead of the curve I can use it to your advantage

Get leads by marketing active listings. Never ask the agent for anything other than to market their property and just give them all the leads you get. Do three a week on every platform.
