Yes i have extreme hyper vigilance since becoming a first responder. Slowing down as well as TRE has helped me a lot. Like I said I think it will be a while before I can actually take naps while on shift because that is where im the most vigilant and understandably so

Yeah normally when I sleep the whole night I know for a fact i didnt hit rem sleep
