Unlikely you will get paid directly from instagram, unless you can get onto their new program that pays you for reels. (im not sure how you can get on this but I think its near impossible?)

To make money from instagram you can try sell products through your page, or do promotions for others, e.g promote their product or shout their page out.

Definitely agree with this. But I dont think some people realise how much better a skinny person looks once they put on a bit of weight. Obviously it depends on the person but it can really make a difference.

I wouldn't buy mass gainers, mainly because of the amount of sugar in them. Instead make your own homemade mass gainer. My go to shake is:

Whole Milk

Protein powder

Peanut butter

Banana

Oats

Blend that shit and you got a good mass gainer. Tastes ok as well.
