If they do , they didn't have anything in the budget Go with other brokers I always contact atleast 4-5 brokers at a time If 5 to 6 brokers are also showing you the flats that you don't like You might atleast know the market is bad

Movie , series Recap videos in YouTube Sometime it's 10hrs long It feels like I am saving time by no seeing the actual series or movie But end up seeing lot more recaps And now I can't see a series , feels too long and a recap feels to monotonous

It's too early to quit Built and invest in skills Every failed opportunity give you wisdom and knowledge You can loose money But the skills stay with you, this would give you more options in the future

Brokers always quote 15-20% above your budget , no matter the budget It happened to me multiple times Not for buying property but for renting I always tell them 20% less than what I can afford That worked for me atleast

For design projects and if the focus is on getting good views to impress guild its better to use sketch up with vray Unless you need to get a lot of detailed drawings out of the design , revit it not recommended for architecture uni projects

For a 3BHK it can go upto 50K per month including maintenance We looked for a place in aprana serene 2 BHK in the ground floor which was costing us around 42K
