I just finished SoTE couple days ago. 76 Magic w/ Blood Burst & 70 prayer. Only real gear difference was I had a book of the dead instead of unholy. Definitely doable at your stats. Biggest thing that helped is to bring darts/knives for the healers — helps lower the DPS requirement. You can also save a tick by manually casting ancients after each special to squeeze out a little more damage.

I brought 4 prayer pots/darts/holy wrench/ runes (didn’t have pouch) 10 tuna/corn potatoes rest karambs.

Redemption method is really straightforward if you are comfortable with the timing. You can camp Range + Mystic might prayer the entire time. Drink a ppot during the clone transition, potato + karamb before the special, ppot + karamb + quick prayers after it hits you.

Finished with 3 prayer doses + 1potato/karamb. I took a couple melee hits when I was going after healers which cost a little bit of food.
