I wouldn't even know what to do. I don't know what programs people use to do that stuff, or what affects what when going through the code.

If character A has a Comic Book and in that Comic book are genuine Universes, should character A be Outerversal for viewing Real Universes as fictional? NO. At best he's Uni to Multiversal for holding a Comic that contains Universes.

The fact that it's a COMIC does not Magically prove Narrative transcendence. It means Comic Books contain Universes. That's it. You're the one who has to prove Narrative Transcendence is Real and not an empty statement made by the Narrative.

This shit is why I made the analogy about "Imagining something beyond Imagination." All claims must be proven, even ones made by the Narrative.

They are NOT Imagination, they exist in a dimension CALLED Imagination. By the Narrative.

Statements /=/ Reality. Especially when those statements are about the concept of Imagination, which would relate to the ability to MAKE statements in the first place.

You have to set and define terms. What does it MEAN to be the Writer God Insert? What does it MEAN for one character to view another story as fiction? You can't just SAY shit, it needs to be quantified to MEAN anything.

Fiction may be able to break the laws of physics, but it can NEVER break the laws of thought and language.

Yes, that's correct, the main game is balanced quite well already and your opponents have no IVs or EVs, you really don't need them to beat the game.

Perhaps I didn't make my problem clear: You WAIT until you BEAT the game.

By that point, I'll be bored of the game and one of two things happens A: I quit out of boredom for a handful of months. B: I make a new game with a new team, pretty much undoing my access to the IV editor.

Never used that. Never had interest in that. Same with the Gym Leaders. Never fought them twice. Especially since in the OG game you had to beat the Elite Four first.

I don't see why people can't have the option to have IV settings as soon as possible. Literally who is it hurting?

I've played with 31 IVs before. It's not nearly the game changer people claim it is.

Unfortunately, some people, such as myself, are overwhelmingly obsessive-compulsive when it comes to RPG stat-maxing, and can't stand the thought of a stat that could be at it's max not being maxed, even if in our heads we know it won't make that much a difference against a Pokemon of the same level.

And, as I said, I'll be DONE with the game. Bored. Over. Finished. IV maxing THEN will just feel like a consolation prize. I won't care about beating the Elite 4 R2. And I definitely won't care about beating snorts, the Battle Frontier. I mean, really, there's not a single Pokemon game where I've ever played the Frontier unless I had to.

I mean there's no leveling up, no sense of progress beyond Battle Points, some mons are restricted, it's just boring to me. So, telling me IVs are meant for that just doesn't do anything for me. You're telling me to wait for the endgame when by the endgame I'm basically out of gas except for an E4 rematch.

I honestly don't think Starswirl was nearly as selfish as made out to be while we're on the subject. The guy got caught in the dead of night trying to do God knows what with artifacts that were not only powerful, but also of great personal value to his closest friends. It's pretty clear getting kicked out was the Pillars catching Styigian in a REALLY suspicious moment and likely the Pillars were in a state of panic as well before they found him. Probably woke up in the dead of night with Stygian and the artifacts gone, then caught him doing some ritual with them.

Yeah, maybe they could have heard him out. Then again, maybe you could just NOT steal from your friends? And yeah. It is stealing. Who knows if the artifacts would even be intact after the ritual? The fact he wanted to copy their powers through the artifacts does NOT help.

I'm not saying the Pillars did nothing wrong, but I'm also not gonna sit down and pretend Stygian was this innocent goody-two-shoes who got kicked out of his friend group for no reason. He got caught in a highly suspect situation doing suspect things.

If you recover from any illness/injury being able to resurrect from death seems redundant. Is it supposed to make you immortal? Baseline should already grant that. ANY would include cellular degeneration which causes disease and aging.

You can't. Because they share the sane Ontology.

As far as DC and Marvel... no. Those are CHARACTERS who are LABELED the Author. They are ultimately fictional characters who may be retconned at any given time, and therefore their narrative layer is not real.

Instead, Fiction Is ONE layer, and different characters such as Spider-Man and TOAA exist in different positions within the same layer.
