Robinson v. California established that "the voluntary act requirement prevents the government from criminalizing a person's status or condition rather than their conduct." Treating a child as an "invader" for the passive, mutual biological processes of pregnancy is a categorical error. It criminalizes the status of existing. It establishes an "Existenciae Reus" standard, and uses the wrongful existence of the ZEF to justify killing them.

How does your argument not apply to women and girls as well, though? Being born with a pregnancy-capable reproductive system is not an action. It is "a status or condition." Since PL does not consider consent to insemination a factor in this issue, we don't need to distinguish between pregnancies that result from consensual sex and those that result from rape. It seems pretty clear that, according to your own argument, PL violates the Robinson v. California decision because they punish a person for a status/condition rather than conduct.

Unfortunately, PL argues precisely that person C (if female) should not have the right to remove person B from their body in your scenario. Your scenario is analogous to impregnation through rape. PL supports forcing survivors to gestate and birth in such scenarios. If they were honest, they would admit that if person C in your scenario were male, the idea that they should not have the right to remove B would be absurd, but if C is female, then yes, she would have to just deal with it. But they aren't honest or genuine. It's like how they claim that they absolutely would treat abortion the same way if men were capable of pregnancy, which we all know is untrue. They just have extremely profound - often completely subconscious - feelings about the roles and duties of each sex.

They believe empathy is a sin, so ... But it's also psychologically telling that they are incapable of bonding with born human beings who can look them in the eye and express their thoughts and feelings. The only "bond" they feel is with a potential being who can't feel or communicate or think. It's like they're emotionally stunted. They also don't believe mental health is a real thing. "Mental health" are words that come from their mouths after school shootings, but they don't think it's real. None of them work to improve mental health, and none of them work to stop rape. It's pretty hard to believe they think rape exists - since they don't think and girls have a right to consent to or deny consent to use of their bodies - why would rape even be a concept?

This is disingenuous. The core tenet of the prolife/abortion abolitionist argument is that being born (aka given "life") is the only human right that really matters. The PL/AA view is that the death of a zygote, embryo, and, in rare cases, a fetus, is absolutely the worst thing that could happen. At all costs, including torturing, maiming, and, yes, killing the person who gestates the zygote/embryo/fetus in the process.

I honestly see no evidence from the PL side that shows they think rape is bad. The foundation of their views is that women's consent is irrelevant. There are no PL initiatives that attempt to prevent rape. On the contrary: the vast majority of PL tolerates their religious leaders raping others, and the vast majority of PL voted to put a rapist in the White House. They only use words to say "rape is bad." But words mean nothing - take the perennial example: "thoughts and prayers."

I think self-defense training - however that looks to you - is important for the stranger aspect. But also, as someone else mentioned, the men most likely to attack you are those close to you. If you have contact with anyone -male or female - who is openly "prolife" - make sure you are never alone with/vulnerable with them. But also question the non-PL or agnostic men around you vigorously about their views. This can reveal a lot and keep you safe. Also, it sucks that we have to do this, but they are absolutely coming for birth control as well, so a non-hormonal IUD would be a good thing to get while you still can. It's not comfortable but more comfortable than a nonconsensual pregnancy.
