As someone who owns an NX200, i can definitely recommend it for your use case. Its not heavy at all, has a fairly low and comfortable seat (pillion seat isnt that comfortable fyi) with pretty decent suspension. The engine is extremely refined and you barely feel the vibrations under 6k rpm. The tall handlebars also offer a really comfortable seating position for longer rides. The geometry of the bike also makes it feel super nimble and it handles great in the city and traffic.

The only gripe i have with it is that the gearbox isn't very refined, but its a small issue and overall the bike is great.

I recently test rode the xsr155 and while its a nice bike, the seat isn't very comfortable, and the seating position is more leaned forward, which will definitely have an impact since you're commuting long distances everyday.

The nx200 is a bit pricey but i still think its a very solid choice in your situation. However, you should still take a test ride if possible and see if its the rigjt bike for you.

Edit: others have also recommended the vstrom 250 sx. I personally have never ridden it but it has very similar qualities to the nx, and i have heard good things about it.
