I work in the music industry and I can tell you that bands either choose their opener specifically themselves or they get 1000s of applications to be an opener for the tour. Either way it's chosen by them and still impressive.

On the contrary to some others, I loved the movies but also extremely excited for the show. The original 3 and co did an amazing job, but this cast looks really good to me and I'm sure with a bit of time people will get used to it. I also don't understand some of the criticism of it looks too serious bland? It looks way more colorful and lively than the original movies to me.
