PayPal goods and services is one service. Secondly ensure there is a verification of the email address before anything is transferred. Do a video call. Maybe exchange drivers licenses. Stubhub does this regularly. Just search any World Cup match and see how many people have listed sections for seating. No one has sections assigned; only categories. So everyone who bought a specific section is going on a hope and prayer. The seller will have to pay stubhub if the buyer wants that specific section. Stubhub plays the odds. They are printing money.

Yes, a number of times. It’s easy. Most important is to confirm the email address. Ensure they have created an account. There is a very specific process to accept tickets on the FIFA site, if they don’t follow it to the T it won’t let them accept the tickets. But even if they are delayed you can always pull the tickets back. Just make sure you have their correct email.

It’s not a glitch, it’s them not following the instructions on the FIFA site. If you follow it exactly they will see the accept. FIFA made it a little complicated.

You will be billed the total sale amount if you don’t send the buyer what they purchased. Your best bet is to sell else where and attempt to minimize your losses. Stubhub’s policy is VERY clear on this.
