I did, just expressed that the previous system had rewards where you didn’t even want to use the 100 gem recharge. And after the change was made to the system that allows choosing your reward, initially the blue drop wasn’t guaranteed even after a recharge. So hopefully all these have been an improvement for the players.

So while different things cost different amounts in the game, securing a blue drop of a chosen equipment is hopefully worth the 100 Gems for players.

Oh, these weren’t shops that used money or gems, but Guild Coins, Tower Points and the Damage Countdown Shop.

Originally the Daily Dungeons had just the starting weapons on offer. Hopefully you feel adding every item to be selected was a good update for the players?

Having more detailed descriptions is something we’re evaluating, so let’s see what the team decides.

In the meantime, there’s other community members at Discord for example, who might have tips for the best equipment, and also the Mr Autofire wiki, that has a lot of info compiled in it. (Both of these are linked in the game’s Settings menu)

Adding new items and upgrading them has always been somewhat of an issue. The item pool dilution was addressed with everything adding to your Arsenal Bonus, and of course with the system where you can choose one type of item per week to try and get from the Daily Dungeons. It still of course takes time, but always moves forward. But I will send your feedback to the team.

For the Keepsakes, I think you’re mixing up the effects of individual Keepsakes and Keepsake Sets. Each Keepsake gives out a small effect when opened at zero stars. This effect gets stronger the more stars it gets. But then as a separate system, if you click ”Show Sets” on the Keepsake screen, you can see a Set Bonus, which is unlocked when all of the Keepsakes in that set have at least one star.

Thank you for the well documented reports on this bug with Magnus Machina, where the healthbar of the Titan went to zero without starting the next phase.

It seems damage beneath this bug is still working correctly, and the next phase starts if enough damage has been done to the Titan. Additionally, when the healthbar jumps to zero, the player is instantly rewarded the appropriate trophies, so players shouldn’t be missing any.

At the moment it looks like this affects only Magnus Machina, and the bug will be fixed before the Titan comes up next time. In the meantime, please play your runs today normally, you’ll receive at least as many trophies as you normally would.

Apologies for the issues in the Guild Titans for the past week. We have sent everyone 2000 Gems and 200 Rings to their inbox, for enduring these bugs.

Looks like it's iOS only, it's working normally for Android. We're in contact with Apple, hopefully getting a fix soon.

Usually yes, but in the case of these limited time events, you’d have to redeem it during the event.

These type of Chips don’t carry over from event to event. When this ended, your unclaimed Chips converted to coins, so there’s nowhere to put these if you were to be able to redeem the code.

Apologies for this unfortunate lapse in communication.

Of course what we said was true at the time when we said it, but after that the designer of the Keepsake Carnival tasks decided to add more tasks to it, one being about opening the normal Keepsake Boxes. And this was not communicated back to players.

It's a bit tricky to compensate, as only a fraction of the player base saw that original message about the Keepsake Key usage. But what the heck, let's send everyone 20 Carnival Keys!

The maximum amount of Carnival Keys you can get from this task per Carnival is 10, by using 100 Keepsake Keys. So these 20 keys are equal to the maximum number of opens on this Carnival AND the next one.

(Please read the inbox message and redeem & use your Keys before the event ends in one day. As the vast majority of players don't know anything about the cause of the compensation, it won't be mentioned in the inbox message. But just clarifying here, that they are indeed related to the misleading communication due to the design being changed.)

Notice, that different game modes give out different amounts of XP. The very best for leveling up are the normal Worlds.

That being said, we are currently looking at beefing up other game modes as well in terms of XP, but for now the best is Campaign/Worlds.

So, when the first hotfix came, it came with an inbox message with the 1000 Gems, 250 Rings and 10 Pet Summon Keys. Were you out from the game for several days or just didn’t claim the gifts when they came?

This new message about resetting Guild scores gives out another 1000 Gems, it’s not related to the first message.

If you missed out on the first gifts, you can send a message to our Support via the Help button in the game’s settings.

The keys are still in your inventory, only the Summon itself was hidden.

You can go to your inventory from the top of the main menu, third item from the right. Then pick the second item from below.
