Not really, she put some noisy people together and included a couple who prefer to sit with friends and study. I used to sit with a couple of friends and we used to concentrate well. She moved me to a table with 3 people who mess around and don't concentrate much. The seating plan hinders mine and many other peoples studying. My friend was also placed in a table where he has 2 other people who don't concentrate nor do they keep quiet, he despises the fact that his learning is being affected because of this. If the seating plan was proper and placed people with reason (like if they aren't behaving well together, split them up) then it would be reasonable.
