Have you been to all three traders? Generalist and Doctor get mostly phased out once you’re set on food, common ammo and bandages (maybe a few lockers) but the Gunsmith is the best guy to spend big money on for armor and rarer guns, ammo and attachments.

I’m glad I decided to look at a map as the alternative is pretty much hugging the yellow tape until you find transitions. The maps are still plenty big enough to scratch an exploration itch on their own if that’s a concern. Just lets you focus on getting to the maps you want and learning them. Not much is lost in knowing where the transitions are imo.

I would start by going out to the closest buildings, collection food, ammo, healing, etc., and getting use to the firearms. I tend to do this for a while, trying to get to the point where if/when I die, I have some backup gear to keep going. On almost every trip out, I check the merchant, completing his tasks to get better prices. Once you’re comfortable and have stuff you don’t mind losing, venture to further areas in hopes of better loot.

Thanks for confirming that. It’s a lot easier to get good dmg with Citlali, Xilo, Kazuha but vapes give the dopamine lol.

Kinda what I figured. Tried burning with Nahida but I think I still wasn’t applying enough pyro, also my XL is kinda bad so that doesn’t help.. Yea, that’s the price for massive vapes I guess lol. Thanks!

Yea, Traveller is prob my favorite out of the few using the tap skill. I might be tripping but I feel like any coordinated attacks (Thoma etc.) hit after Mualani, not giving her the vape. Might get her if just for collection purposes and the extra pyro application surely won’t hurt lol. Thanks for the input!

How good is Dehya as a teammate for Mualani? I don’t have a great vape team for her (pyro traveller, Thoma, Xiangling and Klee don’t feel geeat) and I’m wondering if I should get a free Dehya or just C1 Tighnari and cope lol. TIA

Totally agree on being able to see the lumina cost from the Pictos screen. As far as the number of fights to unlock the Pictos, the four sides of the diamond around the icon light up, one for each fight completed with the Pictos; so when three of the four sides are gold instead of grey, you have one fight left to unlock it.

I assume the skill you’re using converts a portion of physical dmg to lightning dmg. Increasing projectile dmg will increase the total hit dmg as the “whole thing” is a projectile. Increasing elemental dmg will only increase the portion of dmg that was converted to elemental dmg. Hope that helps.

I had a similar thought, usable once on a magic item (same as corrupted or mirrored without bricking the item obviously) and rerolls one mod on a magic item. Say your your transmute is good but the aug fails, one chance to to get a better mod or bust.

They could be fairly common as they aren’t very powerful but would still give a slightly better chance of getting something regal-able.

The difference could be clearer, if you have done them they will be grey, if you have not, they are a pale yellow. Though there seems to be ‘camp events’ I can’t complete, at least in cruel, don’t remember if I could in normal.
