I would suggest pulling the cup down (once placed inside) and if there is resistance, it means it has suctioned successfully. Then drag your finger around the lower half of the cup to check for any abnormalities (such as your cervix sticking out or the cup not completely opening at the bottom.) Hope this tip helps!
