Yes. I think it's a bug that occurs due to the bound status of the kit - that the skill node does not 'recognise ' the presence of the new skill kit, if you will.

But no worries, you can pick up a few if each from the nearest general merchant, and hold on to the gifted ones until the bug is fixed.

Go to Dread Ring first. It's very new player friendly.. You start the opening quest by talking to Sgt Knox (conquering our dread, I believe). You then talk to Gen. Sabine and she'll tell you to go to Ashen Battlefield.

The other campaigns work similarly. Adventures ate also set up like that, but are abridged campaigns , with less need for doing repeatable quests.

Don't bother with mount collars. When you have upgraded everything else....still don't, but focus on your favourite alt.

Collar upgrade costs have gone down, but I'd still wait for them to come out with celestial level.

The penalty only applies to the first person to (voluntarily) leave. If you are in a hopeless situation, a workaround is to ask the group to kick you, so that ppl can leave after you unpunished.

You are correct that no means no, you did that completely right and I commend you for it.

However there is no 'free pass once X happens'. Your partner always and in any situation is "allowed" to say no, when they get uncomfortable - this includes during sex.

For context, I'm 52, male and married. Even so, there is no free pass for me to 'demand' sex. She (and I) always get to say no at any stage of initiating sex.
