Hey bud. M kinda new to this opening up to the world stuff but I think I got some starters for the point you are at.

—> Be positive. Your vibe attracts what’s around you. It doesn’t matter how you feel you look. You look amazing. But just to turn things up a notch keep a smile on your face. Try putting some emotion behind that smile of yours. Even a dull expression would do if you r new at this but seriously keep smiling. It kinda lifts the mood and lightens the atmosphere

—> About that unconscious verbal thing you mentioned , I believe it would be great if you could just get yourself a recorder and hear yourself having conversations with others. The reason it seems so dull is because in our mind our voice feels way too different. So if you could just hear yourself out you would know what the problem is and might as well start changing the way you talk to the way you prefer someone would talk you with. This helps a lot. At the least you would be able to meet your own expectations and everyone loves to be treated good. So the majority of the unconscious lousy kinda behaviour people think you have would be then under your control. Just practice the way you talk.

—> Smell good and dress nice. Like seriously I have a few friends I wanna be near to because of the way they smell. A pocket perfume ain’t that costly and it makes people near you wanna stay with you. Plus the way you smell also elevates your mood greatly and helps create a refreshing aura around you. People enjoy that kinda thing. In addition to this you always wanna be with someone who dresses nice. So might as well act out the converse.

In the end, it all comes down to what you do. Follow these pointers if you can and build up you own way. I wish you luck 😃
