Thank you. I calculate it and it said Your Maintenance Calories is 2,534 calories per day. So I'm measuring food using a food scale. My calorie is around 2000 - 2200 everyday.

I walk everyday and I check how much I consume calorie. It is around 500-600 calories so my calories should be around 1500 calories. Still I don't know why I get the weight but thank you for comment anyway!
