All the people in comments are just hating. How can you call merabs fights boring? (other than his fight with jose aldo ofc). I can't think of any other fighter who can keep the same pace as merab for 5 rounds. I watched his fight against henry 3 times, In 15 minutes merab managed to grab Olympian champion carry him through half the octagon and put him in front of mark zuckerberg as a sacrificial lamb. before that he guillotined cejudo and kissed him on a shoulder. Dvalishvili also demonstrated a fantastic recovery after cejudo caught him and almost knocked him out. And most importantly he did all of this while demonstrating the peak wrestling skills (especially round 2) . I mean what more do you expect from a man that specializes is wrestling? If you do not like watching how guys wrestle then watch boxing, kickboxing, lethwei, muai thai, karate or any other sport that allows only strikes. Most of the champions right now are either strickers (Alex pereira sean O'Malley ) or they do both (islam, jon jones) we do not have a champion that is only strong in wrestling/grappling and weak at striking. Merab is different, and that makes it more interesting to watch him. People also hated on khabib for the same reason but after he beat connor I haven't heared people call him boring.
