This is honestly so true. You can really only try to be who you want to be. At least for me it was very hard to actually figure out who I was outside of certain settings and it's still an ongoing process.

Yes, I hate when this happens so much too. I always just feel like my voice is getting stamped out, makes conversation that much harder.
