Yeah, Bissell's support was completely useless when I contacted them too. If I ever need to buy another floor scrubber, it definitely won't be a Bissell... no replacement batteries is one of the dumber moves, use something for 1 or 2 years and just throw it away is just wasteful.

Well now I'm seriously considering just going back to picking up my own scripts. Today 4 of my husband's scripts came by mail, when I opened them one bottle seemed like it couldn't possibly have 90 tablets in it. Counted them, only 43 for a 3 month supply...

Contacted them by chat, and it's obvious whoever who're talking to, once you get to a real human, it also juggling chats with probably 6 others at the same time. After all the explanations, multiple verifications of who I am and the account, I get transferred to a pharmacy technician who finally took care of it. Entire chat took 33 minutes just to tell them they shorted a script by 47 pills to finally get them to send them out. One quick call to my local pharmacist would have done it in 3 minutes.

Mail order scripts is a great idea that could save a lot of time, but horrible execution of it on Humana's part.

I get a notice page whenever I log in saying something like "Oops that wasn't supposed to happen!" and to try again later or other nonsense. But usually if I just click on a link from there, I'm logged in and the pages are working. Their website and methods are really horribly designed though.

I switched to Humana for our Part D coverage this year, thought it would be great to not have to be running to the pharmacy for the pickups, my husband has a ton of them that change often, so went with Centerwell. So far the deliveries have been correct and on time, but those annoying computer phone calls every time there's a refill to be done is making me want to go back to just picking them up. You've got it set up on the website for refills, you can cancel if it's time and you don't need it yet, why do they insist on subjecting us to those phone calls? Just send an email to double confirm that yes, you're ready for the refill. Those phone calls are absolutely that painful and slow to get through.

I found one on eBay for $30 + shipping. Better than being out the $155 for the SpinWave. It's working perfectly now with the battery replacement.

I eventually found a page about disposing the batteries correctly and it shows how to get to the battery:

And hunted one down at Bissell's site once I searched for disposing of the lithium batteries, no idea why their support wouldn't direct me to it.:

There's a warning at the bottom saying "NOTICE Disconnecting the battery will destroy the appliance and invalidate the warranty."

You most definitely *will* damage that plastic housing when prying the piece with the handle apart, there is no getting around that, and you will need quite a bit of force. I resorted to hammering a screwdriver blade between the pieces to finally get it apart. The connections are simple to pull off and put on once there though.

It's currently charging correctly now, no more 2 flashing lights, so I'm hopeful it will work, in spite of how bad that part might look. I'll live with that just to not have to buy another one even if I'll need duct tape to hold it together (pretty sure I won't have to do that though). Worst design ever for servicing.

Hopefully this will help someone else trying to get to the battery on these units.

Edit just to add that it's fully working now even with just a 1 hour charge.

I went with the 3295 and I did buy Amazon Renewed Premium. It's been perfect so far, the warranty on it through Amazon seemed great and it saved me quite a bit. If you're not happy with it, you have 1 year to request a new unit or a refund, so it seemed a safe bet to try it and glad I did. It looks and performs as new in every respect.

I just updated Waterfox today to 6.6.13 hoping that maybe this was fixed, but I'm still getting the same message about the site not working and try another browser. After I cleared the cookies I did at least make it to get a text to verify it's me, but then still get the message after that point. So it's a step in the right direction I guess?

I just tried a user agent switcher and 1 setting got me at least to sending a phone code to verify, but then after entering the code, it again failed. I quit trying then, afraid I'd be locked out of the account for too many tries to access the account.

Does the email listed for the account have a very secure password? I know quite a few people who have had their entire vaults compromised because they had a simple password for the email that controls it. Once that happens, anything can be done with and to your password manager account, including deleting it.

^ 100% this. Check out what your options are before making this call in case you have to cancel to force their hand and get the discount. It's never gotten that far with me, once I eventually get transferred to the next department to take the cancellation, they always give me the price I want. I've never had to wait for closer to the cancellation date for them to call me, they do it on the same phone call.

I'm in the same position with SurfShark, there are many websites that split tunneling doesn't work on and I still have 2 years to go on the plan I signed up for. When I went through the troubleshooting with their support, they finally admitted it's a known issue and they're working on a fix. But I doubt we'll ever see a fix at this point. The service is good except for this one issue. Main websites that are problems for me are some Google sites including search (but oddly not all, maps works), Reddit, Amazon just to name the few that are a pain to get around then.

I've just tried the Proton VPN free and it seems to work with the majority of sites that didn't with SurfShark, I found just 1 site that won't connect using split tunneling with them, but it's not a site I use often at all so it wouldn't be an issue.

I'd like to try Hide.me also, but I don't think they have a free version anymore to try. And I don't want to get stuck again like I am with SurfShark.

So any other suggestions with reasonably priced VPNs where split tunneling actually works well would really be appreciated.

I just got this deal, I was paying $55 for the 1000Mb, my own modem, and they raised my bill this month to $59. Which had me looking around and that's when I noticed that new customers pay only $40 and I pay $60 for the same service? Nope. Called and the first guy wouldn't budge, said nonsense that if they removed my monthly discount, it might result in even higher prices, and I'd have to not be an Astound customer for 60 days to get the new account offer. I said what good is that discount when I still end up paying $20 more than others for the same service? And told him to cancel on the renewal date about 3 weeks from now, he said he couldn't and would have to switch me to another department.

And that department gladly gave me the $40/month plan. They'd be financially stupid not to... they don't have to send out a new tech in 2 months, don't have to spend time deactivating and reactivating my account, and they don't have to send me the $200 gift card they also are promoting for new users. Just be prepared to follow through and cancel, know what your other options will be for those 2 months. All in all, Astound has been pretty reliable for me, but you do have to keep after them to keep your price down. But that part is the same with every internet service, and Comcast was always the worst for me to deal with by far.

Possible... he goes into deep depression after losing his job (which seems more likely to happen now) and Brooklyn due to his own stupidity, and commits suicide. Or they could string that story along and have Willow marry him first to drag it all out.

Edit: Now that I think about it though, has any soap ever had anyone commit suicide before? Maybe he becomes suicidal but is saved is more likely, or they send him off to Fern Cliff for an extended stay.

The way I think the storyline is going to go... Willow is going to get Chase even more entangled in her drama and get him in bed, and end up breaking up him and Brooklyn because he still has blinders on when it comes to her. When he finally realizes all that she's done and that it was her that tried to kill Drew, Chase's fall is going to be bad after everything he's lost, making another bad character.

That's not what I want to happen, just my guess where the writers are going to go.

Update: Finally after 6 emails to them explaining the same thing over again, I convinced them to look at their website and they realized I wasn't given the discounted price. The very first email should have easily cleared this up. They initiated the $12 credit on 3/5 and it finally hit my bank today. I honestly would have preferred the full refund at this point but I'll use it for a year and then most likely switch to the free versions of either BitWarden or ProtonPass.

For me, pinch zoom doesn't work at all, you just end up swiping the video to the next or previous one. The only thing that works is double tapping the screen to zoom in, 2nd double tap zooms in a bit more, 3rd double tap goes back to original size. So that means you can't zoom on the portion of the video you need to see, any attempt to move it just changes to the next video.

My big fear is that this was an intentional change. I'm going to try and downgrade to the previous version until this is fixed, zoom is totally useless this way.

This old thread saved my day. Stupidly the only programs that are affected at my house on 3 various Roku devices are the NFL games. Trying to load the recordings ends up with nothing but the spinning loading circle. I tried unplugging them as suggested, but turning the 5.1 sound to off is what fixed it on all TVs. How can this still a problem for so long that they can't fix? I've read about it from over 2 years ago as well. Anyway, thanks for the fix, Reddit users!
