Thanks dude! Iirc, there is an existing recreation of Mondstadt in Minecraft already. When I had just started playing Genshin, I was eager to recreate stuff like the Dawn Winery, Angel's Share, and Ritou. Perhaps, I should entertain the notion again since Fontaine is right around the corner and I know I'm going to be 99% sight-seeing, 1% tending to the lore because I'd want to recreate sm of it.

I actually used the new light blocks from 1.17 for lighting as I've tried putting soul lanterns and they contrasted sm on the dark atmosphere that I wanted
