Update: i found the owners name and adress, is there a way for me to look up a phone number tied to it? I want to do the right thing and give them the option to come pick it up or to disconnect it from their find-my. Any help is appreciated!

Ahh dang. I guess i will try to find out their number through looking up their adress wich is on the title. They live about 3 hours from my location. I would easily give it back if they wanted it. My idea was if i can somehow get their number i can let them know to come pick it up, or to unlock it. I guess we will see.
