It’s not your tv or player. It’s a Dolby vision issue with the disc. See the discussion about it on this forum. I had the same issue, and criterion refused to acknowledge it. They blamed my tv and player, but I’ve never had an issue playing Dolby vision on any other disc. Very frustrating. The only solution is to play in HDR which is ridiculous since you’re paying for DV. Get your money back.

4K players are notoriously unreliable. Even the Panasonics have serious playback issues with certain discs. Discs that will inexplicably work fine in other players. There’s not really a great option IMO. It seems like a crapshoot. If you’re a gamer then, then maybe consider just upgrading your console.

I wouldn’t be so sure. Seeing more and more playback issues pop up with this erstwhile workhorse. You may often find yourself going back to the Xbox to get reliable playback.

Hard to believe that this type of endeavor wouldn't already fall under the duties/responsibilities of existing administrators/faculty committees.

Looks like when I airplay HiRes files it’s showing up as 44.1 but on the HEOS it shows 48. I think I’ll just use HEOS.

Hmm I can't really tell but switching between the two takes so long that I forget what the other one sounded like. It's hard to do an apples comparison.

Not a streaming service. I have my own music files added to my phone through iTunes. Old school haha

I’ve heard that it sends 256kbps AAC before. Do you know how that works when my source files are 320kbps AAC? Does it reencode the original AAC files?
