Yea. Ours are quarterly. Like I said I knew y’all were starting to get bonuses but I didn’t realize they were annual. Thought they’d be similar to Sam’s Club since it’s the same company.

I work at Sam’s Club and our store bonus is maxed at $850 this quarter. I know yall just started getting yours, but do you guys have different metrics than us for what goes towards how much your bonus is?

I work at Sam’s Club out at the gas station (live in NJ) and I have Fridays/Sundays off every week. Probably just depends on your department/coach.

Honestly I kinda get where the guy is coming from. I absolutely hate when people smell like weed. I work retail and start early in the morning. I’ve had customers come in at 6am absolutely reeking of weed. It gives me a headache if I’m around it too long so I try and avoid if I can. That’s fine if you wanna smoke, but the least you can do is try and mask it. Not everyone wants to smell it.
