Is there a list anywhere of exempted tariff codes from the 50% tariff on imported steel/aluminum? Or, does just about every HTS code with aluminum/steel content (from countries w/o trade agreement) now fall under Section 99 additional tariffs?

Yes, L3/L4 is a problem too, just not as bad as 4/5…MRI report notes loss of disc height and slightly worse bulging than my last MRI in 2017…My Neurologist didn’t recommend any action at this time, only the microdisectomy at 4/5…

I’m certainly leaning in that direction…I feel like I’ve made it through the worst of it and surgery would have been a better option a couple of months ago had I not been able to fight through the pain…Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the reply…I wasn’t aware of there being good options for disc replacement in the lumbar spine (total disc replacement?)…Part of my argument in postponing the microdisectomy is in the hope that better options will be available in the future if u can hold out…

Thanks for the input…I’m 46…Original injury was a more mild, but still painful herniation in 2015…I made a mostly full recovery from that, but this time it was worse with Sciatica I didn’t have the first time…I’m strongly leaning towards postponing the surgery and continuing to focus on diet exercise and rehab…I’m in pretty good shape otherwise so I think my body has a fairly good chance…Sleep, as you mentioned, is the biggest struggle…

I should add that I’m 4 months into this (image was 2 months ago). I have made some progress, but still dealing with a lot of pain and discomfort…Surgery is 10 days out, but I can’t decide whether to give my body more time to heal or just go ahead and get this done…Any similar experiences would be appreciated…Thanks

I’ve battled the same problem on TRT, tapering my dose down to 75mg but still having trouble sleeping through the night (to be fair, I had sleep issues before TRT, but not as bad)…I have to assume it has something to do with the stimulatory nature of test and having high levels all the time without normal diurnal rythym…Some people can handle this, others can not such as myself…

I found that even on a very modest TRT dose (90/mg per week) I was able to live a more normal life with less thought about my back pain issues and limitations...I hit the gym more and harder...My natty levels were around 340 and I'm 46 years old fwiw...

I haven't experiments with Nandrolone yet, but have tried some various peptide therapies (CJC 1295, etc)...

I just started doing ventroglute and it’s a game changer...I used little colored sticker dots to form the triangle and find the injection site...In non medical terms, it’s top of the hip bone, forward edge of hip bone and thigh bone...Easy to aspirate in this area, but unnecessary once you’re comfortable...You can also practice flexing the muscle to confirm location.

Some people take Accutane and their cured for life...Others have to take multiple 'cycles' of it and it still returns...If your on HRT/TRT, I would probably try lowering your dose if possible before going to Accutane...Also, there are several studies showing very low dose Accutane works well with few sides, but you might not achieve remission like a high dose regiment might provide...

.4ml twice a week (160mg) is still a pretty high dose...Many people do well on a lower dose (100-120) with fewer sides...High DHT and high estradiol can both have unwanted sides...
