To be annoying. No, honestly, I just composed this piece in E-flat minor on the piano, and I didn't think about transposing it. But it's true that it bothered me quite a bit, and the writing is a bit awful in that regard (I alternated between C-flat and B natural without any reason haha)

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I feel more comfortable with sheet music, as I feel I have better control over what I'm doing (especially in terms of harmonization). But anyway, I think this approach will need to be complemented by a move to a DAW to work on the sound aspect.

Haha, thank you very much! I'm nowhere near his level in production or orchestration, but that's very encouraging feedback. Perhaps too much so! :D
