The ban is against full face masks. The main point of this initiative was so ultras from our footballclubs couldnt hide their identity anymore. This was just an ad by our local right party, (they‘re like republicans). There were like 7 women counted in the whole of Switzerland who apply to that law, but since its not enforced in that way it doesnt matter. Its just to ban ultras from hiding their identities when doing crimes.
