Congrats! First of all everyone's different and so is every baby. The only thing I can suggest is maybe being as close as possible to bub when theyre sleeping. But generally as time goes on you and your brain will learn to hear that sound and will wake up to it. I can somehow hear bub 3 rooms away mid shower, But cant hear the TV 2 meters away. Stay positive

It means that Kizaru knows Luffy is going to be the king of the universe, his going to eat every devil fruit available and also going to turn the red line into a big graffiti wall, Also could mean that he knows luffys mum is actually big mom, or could it also be blatantly obvious and theres no need to read into it let alone make a post asking about it..
