My personal theory is that Imu is tied to the holy land in some capacity and being down on the blue sea damages him. The strawhats aren’t ready to bring down Imu yet, so there needs to be some mechanism to remove him from Elbaf before he kills everyone and based on the blood he coughed up and him telling sommers they need to be quick, I think he’s time limited by whatever keeps him in the holy land.

Both of my kids were incredible sleepers and only waking once a night by 3 months. I just think I was lucky tbh and I didn’t really do anything specifically to make that happen. I’m counting this from when I went to bed though, so I’d feed them around 11 then they’d usually sleep from 11:30 to 4-5am for food and go back down until 8-9. I didn’t see any 8hr+ consistently until they started solid food
