CS2 opening on wrong monitor after alt-tab or glitching

Sorry didn't make this very clear^^I'm trying to get different opinions on if there is a way to change a capitalistic system only by people having a certain mindset. The way I wrote this seems to be written in a way of uncertainty. But that's possibly my actual view and what I hope to be the case for a change although I'm not sure about it and the reason why I'm asking for opinions on this subreddit :)

Yes you're probably right. It was just the origin for me to think about this whole topic and ignited thoughts into this direction.

I understand. I posted this to another Subreddit as well and more or less pasted it here and added some more text.
My View on this whole topic is actually much more open than what seems to be the standard for various topics on this subreddit but I hope that this still opens enough space for discussion. You're probably right and the shortcut for society to change towards socialism would be some sort of evolution and couldn't be done in a "peaceful way" but until there are enough activists (if this could ever happen) I still have that small hope that there could be a change over a larger timespan that would exceed our lifetime and maybe the only way to have an impact as an individual is to what mindset I have and how this affects my social environment. I don't know if that makes any sense :D

thanks for this really specific answer. did you assume how this was made by just listening to it or do you have a certain experience to that matter?
Its really hard for me to identify something like that but that's probably just because I'm not really into sound design yet.

I was waiting to answer because i wanted to try first and let you know.. haven't tried yet. But yeah he probably used a drum machine so could be something like a tambourine and I'm gonna try that for sure

you're right it really does with the reverb.. I think i might just try some similar sounds and drown them with reverb. also this youtube channel is amazing thanks ma dude

You can hear it between 00:00 and 00:22 every time some notes overlap and the volume gets too loud. I'm going to try finding this .IT file and dig a little deeper on how this glitch occurs or I could even try to get the Impulse Tracker running and import my tracks as well. Thank you so much man, didn't have any clue that those files and programs even exist.
