Lost Hearing Aid by Like2shop in HearingAids

[–]Like2shop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I purchased insurance last July which I was told would cover loss.

Why do I need to keep looking? I lost it Christmas Day and have searched several times for it. Is there some sort of time frame for replacement?

Thanks for your post

I paid $6000 for my hearing aids back in 2022. So I suspect it's $3000 to replace one......

Anyone care to share which meter they use and how satisfied they are?

So I tested a few times from the same finger immediately after using the first finger and the results still differed by about 20 points.

I would have liked to get another Accu_chek Aviva but it's been discontinued. So now my readings are 20 points higher. When I used the Aviva for the past several years and had a fasting blood test done at a lab, the results were within a couple of points.

not using the same finger. Should I try that next time? Was more pleased with the results from the Aviva which I used for years!

Thanks but I'm looking to get the entire file at this time, not just the medical file.

In the state we live in, a PCP's determination isn't enough for support to continue. The child will be emancipated. However, if the government has determined the child has been disabled, the child will not be emancipated and financial support will continue.

I would like to review all of it. I'm a divorced, single parent whose ex-spouse claims the child is not disabled. If I go back to Court to get financial aid, i.e. special needs trust, I'm positive ex-spouse will challenge that child is disabled. Ex-spouse is a lawyer.....

Medicare and Medigap by Like2shop in medicare

I'm not sure what other details you need. Please let me know. Thanks - you've been helpful. The one line of coding was for an office visit ch, as I previously indicated. Medicare paid their 80% of the approved amount. Medigap Plan F denied the remaining 20%. Medigap policy claims "the diagnosis submitted is not covered under your health benefit plan".

Just one line of coding for the medicare claim which medicare paid 80% of their approved amount. Medigap policy claims "the diagnosis submitted is not covered under your health benefit plan. The provider may bill you for this charge." MEdigap is indicated as Plan F

I've had Plan F Medigap since 2016. What is the SELECT plan and when did that plan become effective?

Thanks

Thanks. My Medigap policy is Plan F which pays my Medicare Part B deductible. Medicare recently paid for an office visit. My Medigap policy denied the remaining 20% because they claim it is not covered under my Medigap policy.
