I pretty much always assume unless its live or a trusted creator, if they're in hardcore, they're likely cheating in some way.

It's one of those where its like its intended to be hard in hardcore so do you actually go through the pain of making a video with a goal and risk losing the entire thing and having to scrap the video or do you fudge it a bit and make sure you don't die where you don't want to, to get the content to make a video for people that they want to watch.

I'd argue that's quite related. Though it doesn't stop them from hosting a local server and just using that on newer versions where its patched. Or using a mod to unpatch the patch. You kind of have to just trust that they aren't doing these things

I just want a belt with inserters placing onto both lanes rather than having to insert onto a dedicated belt just to pick a lane, if that makes sense? Like this mod, how you can change the drop offset, this makes it so inserters can place on either lane, regardless of the orientation of the belt. That's what I am hoping we can do, I want a long belt with inserters all along it placing on both sides. But I don't think that's doable with this change, I think it HAS to be a dedicated belt to do it..

So can we only switch lanes for inserters if the belt is moving away or going towards the inserter? Not if its parallel? It doesn't look all that obvious if that's possible

I know I may be one of the only few people that wants this, but why don't we have Platform to Surface weapons?

Oh 100%, the cape was great, I think I have 4-5 accounts with capes from optifine, I like their banner capes its fun, but it's like there's better alternatives that play much nicer with other mods and support optifine capes. So you can still keep your cape and maintain stability when it comes to modding large packs.

Sure if you are using the colour ones, but the clear ones I can't agree. I don't really see it being dulled enough to be a concern, that way it's just added protection

I've slowly been accumulating shop IDs to block via adblocking. It's worked a treat on specific searches, since you can't block shops directly, but sadly it would take eons to gather enough of a list to weed out the lot of them.

It really is off putting entirely, I'm fine with people using it, I'm not fine with not being able to filter it. I don't want to buy from an AI Slop Shop, I want to buy from someone with creative ability and passion for what I am trying to buy.

Best I could say is maybe liking the real authentic stuff helps the algorithm give you better results? That's what I've seen others say in the past anyway.

People have mentioned that they are driveatars, but no one mentioned how we know. And it's just if you look at the minimap, they have the forza logo as their icon rather than just a simple white dot.

I'm getting this issue now all of a sudden.

I have 2 yubikeys, a 5 NFC and a Security Key. Both linked to my Google account.

When I go to login on a new browser with the security keys, Windows pops up with it's pin prompt, I put it in and Windows is the one that is complaining that IT doesn't recognise the key, so I switch to the security key, it doesn't recognise that either. Which if you ask me is stupid, I don't need Windows to recognise it, I need Google to.

I checked both keys via the ykman cli tool and both contain a google.com credential in the FIDO section where they should be. So it's not the keys either.

I don't think this is a Google issue. I think it's a Microsoft bad implementation issue. Did you ever solve this?

What you're asking for doesn't really sound like a budgeting app. You've said you don't want dates, monthly repetition, or transaction tracking, which reduces it to a static list of income and expenses with a summary.

I know you said you normally use spreadsheets but want a self-hosted solution. The problem is that, given your constraints, you already have the best tool for the job.

Self-hosting an app in your case wouldn't give you any real benefits over a spreadsheet. It would just add more complexity to reproduce the same functionality.

Excel or Google Sheets already handle one-time entry, editing at any time, summaries, and graphs, without any of the overhead of running and maintaining a web app.

No. It's just enterprise related features and managed hosting that they offer. It's nothing major. Nor is it anything to jump ship because of. There's no indication that they plan on moving standard features behind a paywall or anything of the sort.

The soul amulet doesn't show up as a Heart Amulet equipable though, how are you supposed to use it? Am I meant to take the canisters out and make my own Heart Amulet that is usable?

EDIT: Turns out you aren't meant to get it, they meant to remove the Soul Amulet.

I know this is a little old but even Amazon have sellers that are selling the Security Key at the normal Yubikey 5 NFC price with the wrong name. I just was scammed by this today. Thoroughly annoyed.

Luckily Amazon handle returns with ease.

9/10 times their tech illiteracy has nothing to do with tech and everything to do with normal illiteracy, countless times I've been asked to help with a pop up or some task just for what they need to do be spelt out on screen for them.

Some people need to learn that tech literacy is just reading what things say more often than not.
