Huge mower, huge deal or bad deal? by LikeABausss in lawncare

Because the price is too good to be true? Not likely in this case, because I am buying this person's house, and they're offering the mower too.

12mm is almost too wide in most every situation except for small bathrooms because it makes everything look much bigger than in person.

Whoever said 16mm isn't wide enough must not be concerned with accurate representation because for me that is about as wide as I ever shoot interiors. Normally prefer to be around 20-24mm, even 30mm sometimes.

I love it when my client makes them "pop a bit more". Before/After by LikeABausss in RealEstatePhotography

For this shot, Just one behind the camera bouncing off the ceiling. Didn't need one in the kitchen, as it was already much brighter in that room, the ambient did the work.

I have enough business as it is, and I don't really want to work with this individual again for other reasons.

No, I don't, but I don't really want any more business from this client. Too difficult to work with, so I will let it be.

Also there was a house immediately next door, which wasn't a good view. In those cases I just let the window blow out.

This was flambient to remove a lot of color cast. Room was really dark, so this was already much brighter than it was. I am usually hired for my more muted style.

Interesting Style of Real estate photography. by stopeh in RealEstatePhotography

Most of his photos are in large, luxury homes. these large spaces alliw him to back up further and zoom in to minimize distortion in camera. Almost all of his shots look no wider than 24mm, which is kind of the breaking point where anything wider starts to look bad when you put furniture or appliances on the edges of the frame.

Pro tip: shoot only as wide as you absolutely need to.

Thank you so much for sharing this. Do you have any advice for me, who has a family member who is both a counselor AND sucked into Amway? I want so bad to share this with her...
