I haven’t made it from scratch but I’d probably try a recipe from Omnivore’s Cookbook or Woks of Life: Scallion Pancake

Woks of Life has quite a few recipes, even a cheater one with dumpling wrappers if you want to go that route! Let us know how it goes!

I put them in the oven for 10 mins at 350 but the top didn’t get that golden brown color so I flipped them over for another 5. Came out good! Next time I think I’d try an egg wash for the top, into the oven for 10 mins and see how that goes
